About Our Flag Material
The life span of custom made flags are different due to different materials. Governments generally expect a polyester flag to last approximately 180 days based on daily usage (not during inclement weather). The materials we use for making our custom made flags are superior. These custom made flag materials are specially manufactured by selected fabric mills. 75D 100D Polyester for the budget customer, who is seeking temporary promotion. 150D 200D 300D Trilobal/Knitted Polyester for durability – longer life. Recommended for outdoor use. 500D (Woven / Spun) Polyester for extra durability. The strongest flag material you can get.
Options available for flag printing: silk screen, sublimation, and digital printing , 90% penetration enables the images to be shown on the opposite side of the flags.
